Everything starts from the idea from which the design is developed, up to the concrete realization of a precious handmade jewel. The sketch on paper is the first step through which the idea begins to take concrete shape. The basic and essential step is to choose the right gemstone to enhance the jewelry and make it unique.

Once all the technical and aesthetic aspects have been discussed, it is possible to proceed to the realization of the three-dimensional project by creating graphic visualizations. A team of highly qualified experts processes the sketch using state-of-the-art software to create a 3D model. Each piece of jewelry is then printed on a special 3D printer.

These prints are then used to create wax models, which are mounted on a metal cylinder to form a so-called ‘wax tree’ into which liquid plaster is poured. As soon as the plaster becomes solid, the tree is heated in a special oven so that the wax can melt and leave room for the plaster structure. Melted silver is poured into this model and left to cool.

Our "silver tree" is ready, the elements are the removed from the tree so that they can begin to be worked on by the goldsmith.

As a first step the goldsmith, through the use of files and abrasive papers, proceeds to the refinement of the object eliminating from the surfaces the imperfections. The jewelry is then polished with special brushes to give it an amazing shine. At this point, the goldsmith with great jewelry craftsmanship proceeds to set the stones using high precision instruments. All our settings are carried out exclusively by specialized craftsmen, so as to guarantee maximum yield from the gems set. To make the brilliance last over time, the process is completed with rhodium plating, dipping the jewel in a rhodium alloy. A metal with a great ability to resist corrosion and is characterized by a high gloss effect.
