Delivery time
All orders are prepared within 48 hours from the date of confirmation of the order except for peak season periods such as Christmas or Black Friday where there may be a different timing given the enormous flow of work.
Once the order is shipped you will receive from the courier a link with the shipping confirmation and the possibility to follow it until delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically depending on the place of delivery indicated in the order.

* The above delivery times do not include Saturdays and Sundays, vacation periods and any unforeseeable delays attributable to the courier.
* No deliveries are made to P.O. Boxes.
* Leis is not responsible for any delays or impediments in delivery due to external factors not attributable to our logistics partners.

We currently do not ship to the following countries:
Cyprus, Corsica, Greece, Ibiza, Iceland, Majorca, Malta, Menorca, Moldova, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Sardinia, Scotland, United Kingdom, Vatican City

Customs taxes
Shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees, duties and any additional costs. All these costs will be borne by the buyer and will be regulated by the relevant customs office. Please note that Leis has no control over these fees and we cannot quantify what the costs will be, as they vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Leis will make every effort to prepare all necessary sales documentation for customs to clear your package through customs.

Foreign Transaction Fees
Any foreign transaction fees may be charged by your bank. Leis is not responsible for this type of charge and therefore is not required to provide a refund.

Replacement and return
Our return policy provides 30 days from the date of delivery to make a return. Please note that we do not offer exchanges for products different than what you ordered. If the returned item does not meet the return guidelines below, Leis has the right to deny the return and have the item shipped back to the customer.
All returns must be:
- Unworn
- Have no signs of wear or damage
- In its original condition
- In its original packaging (box and velvet bag included)
Please return your order in the original cardboard box it arrived in (or smaller size).
Boxes larger than the original size will not be accepted as they increase shipping costs. In the event of increased shipping costs related to improper packaging Leis reserves the right to deduct the additional shipping costs from the amount to be refunded.

Note: Items purchased from a third-party supplier (i.e. not from the online store at www.leis-jewelry.com) must be returned to the company from which they were purchased.
Return Costs:
In the event of withdrawal from the contract by the Customer, the costs related to the return of the goods shall be borne by the Customer.
These include, in particular:
the cost of returning the goods to the Leis warehouse,
the cost of reshipping the goods to the Customer (in the case of an exchange),
the cost of the original delivery,
administrative costs related to processing the return.
The above provision does not apply if the return is due to defective goods or goods not in conformity with the contract – in such cases, all return costs shall be borne by the Seller.
The return is processed within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the package to our warehouse. Once the return is processed, you will be sent a confirmation notice.

Warranty
All of our products are covered by a 2 years warranty from the date of delivery of the order for defects in workmanship and/or materials, so it does not include wear and tear due to misuse of the product. Processes involving rhodium-plating, platinum-plating, rutenizing, gold-plating and PVD coatings are excluded from the guarantee in the event of improper use as well as accidental breakage of stones; therefore, loss of colour resulting from the improper use of products characterised by the aforementioned processes is not to be considered a manufacturing defect. In addition, products must be returned in perfect condition. They must not show obvious signs of use; otherwise, the warranty will not apply. The warranty is the purchase document of the product itself.
